Office Policies

Cancellation
Patients are seen by appointment only. We make every effort to be on time for your appointment and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. If an appointment cannot be kept, please give our office a 48 hour (2 business days) advance notice. We reserve the right to charge any patients that chronically fail to keep their appointments.

Emergencies
Emergency care is always available for our regular patients 24/7/365 and there is no additional emergency visit fee in addition to fees for care provided. New & non-regular patients are charged an additional emergency visit fee. You may reach Dr Corsello directly by dialing his emergency cell phone# 412-519-3882.

Telephone calls to the doctor
If you have medical dental questions which only the dentist can answer, a message will be taken and your medical dental file will be given to Dr. Corsello who will return your call the same day. If your question is non-medical, a qualified staff member will be pleased to assist you.
